The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial team in delivering cladding remediation projects, ensuring accurate cost management, compliance with contractual obligations, and effective financial reporting. Qualifications

Essential

• Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline/ Will accept working towards
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial software (e.g., COINS, Causeway).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Desirable
• Experience in cladding remediation or fa ade works or similar
• Knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts.
• Understanding of building safety regulations and compliance requirements.
