Position: Domestic Electrician
Location: King s Lynn & Dereham Surrounding Areas
Salary: £37,534 per annum - £43,530 per annum + Company Van + Fuel Card + Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time 40 hrs a week Permanent Position
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Social Housing Electrician to join our team, working across occupied and void properties in the King s Lynn and Dereham area. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical repairs, installations, testing, and maintenance to ensure homes remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day electrical repairs and planned maintenance in social housing properties
- Carry out EICRs, fault finding, rewires, and remedial works
- Ensure all work meets current regulations and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Complete job sheets, certifications, and reports accurately and on time
- Work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Requirements
- 18th Edition qualification (essential)
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installation
- 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable)
- Experience in social housing or domestic electrical work
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer care
