Site Manager - Maidstone

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT A/B fit-out project based in Maidstone, Kent. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and self-sufficient Site Manager who is confident running a project independently, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management of a 750k fit-out project
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Maintaining strict Health & Safety compliance (a top priority)
• Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
• Reporting progress and managing site documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing CAT A/B fit-out projects
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of the site
• Excellent Health & Safety knowledge and track record

Essential Certifications:

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Fire Marshal
• CSCS Card

• Candidates must be local to Maidstone, Kent
