Site Manager

SITE MANAGER - SOLAR FARM - PV - CONSTRUCTION - NORFOLK, ENGLAND - CONTRACT (12 MONTHS)

Job Overview:

We are supporting a leading EPC with a strong UK pipeline, seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a key project in Norfolk, with a construction programme of approximately 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle construction delivery from enabling works through to completion
• Manage subcontractors across civil, mechanical and electrical scopes
• Oversee site mobilisation, including fencing, access, and early works packages
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and CDM regulations
• Provide detailed and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with Project Manager and HSE teams during site setup
• Monitor programme and ensure delivery against milestones
• Maintain quality standards in collaboration with Quality Manager and Supervisors

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience delivering utility-scale Solar or BESS projects
• Strong civil or electrical construction background with broad project understanding
• Experience operating within an EPC delivery model
• SMSTS certification (essential)
• NEBOSH certification highly advantageous
• Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills

Contract Details:

• Location: Norfolk, England
• Contract Length: 12 months
• Start Date: May / June 2026
• Working Pattern: 5-6 days per week (construction dependent)
