An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of a well-established site in Rotherham on a 6-month contract.
This is a hands-on, site-based role where you ll be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly across two sites, managing both hard and soft services, and acting as the key point of contact for the client. You ll have the autonomy to make decisions, drive standards, and make a real impact from day one.
The RoleFull responsibility for day-to-day FM operations across two sites
Overseeing hard and soft services, including cleaning, security and maintenance
Managing on-site teams and subcontractors
Acting as the main point of contact for the client
Ensuring KPIs and service levels are consistently met
Driving improvements in service delivery and site performance
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance
Proven experience in a Facilities Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of both hard and soft services
Confident managing contractors, teams, and client relationships
Good working knowledge of H&S and statutory compliance
Someone who can come in, take ownership, and make an immediate impact
6-month contract with immediate start
£20.00 PAYE / £26.00 Umbrella
