The Role
A skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician is sought to join a growing team. You will play a key role in producing accurate, high-quality technical drawings and supporting the delivery of projects from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction packages using AutoCAD
Develop and coordinate drawing information across all project stages
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant standards
Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors
Assist with planning and building regulations submissions
Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction
Requirements
UK Architectural experience within an Architectural practice environment.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
Understanding of building construction, detailing, and regulations
Experience working on residential and/or education projects
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a small team environment
Good personality, someone who is outgoing, approachable, positive and enthusiastic
Desirable
Experience with planning applications and tender packages
Strong communication and client-facing skills
