You will report into a Commercial Director, who will assist you and help you to develop, with on going training and support is given to the right individual as well as support in Day Release qualification if required. Daily duties Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities Prepare and analyse costings for tenders Undertake cost analysis for fit out and refurbishment projects Assist in establishing a client s requirements and undertake feasibility studies Working in accordance with the HSQE Management System requirements Perform risk, value management and cost control Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks Allocate work to subcontractors Provide advice on contractual claims Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports Value completed work and arrange payments Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use Understand the implications of health and safety regulations and other compliance obligations.

They are looking for an experienced Multi Trade operative to join their team initially on a project in Hammersmith before moving onto other projects in the capital. The role will include undertaking various tasks including bricklaying, carpentry, patch plastering, etc. This role is ideally suited to someone from a general builder background.
