A growing, nationwide fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors including commercial, education, retail, leisure, and hospitality.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering fast-track, design & build solutions, the business is continuing to expand and is now looking to strengthen its commercial team.

The Role

As Fit-Out Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from 200k to 200m

• Analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

• Producing detailed take-offs and pricing schedules

• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

• Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving solutions

• Working closely with the commercial and operational teams to support successful project delivery

• Assisting in tender adjudications and client submissions

The Ideal Candidate

The successful Fit-Out Estimator will have:

• Proven experience in estimating within the fit-out, refurbishment, or interiors sector

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines

• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and supply chain

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office

• A proactive and driven approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
