Job Title- Repairs Manager

Location- Barnsley

Pay rate- 24.00 per hour

Contract Length- 3+ Months

Are you a repairs manager with social housing experience?

Are you able to manage a large team of trades and drive KPI performance?

We are working with an established property services company that are looking for a repairs manager to oversee a long term client contract in Barnsley.

As repairs manager, you will;

• Oversee a team of over 20 trades and a smaller office team to delivery repairs works
• Carry out site safety visits and respond to client concerns
• Drive performance in line with KPI's
• Manage complaints and 'lessons learnt' to improve customer satisfaction

As repairs manager, it is required that you;

• Have experience within repairs management and social housing
• Have a track record of managing large teams
• Are able to demonstrate KPI management
• Hold health and safety qualifications
• It is desirable that you hold an SMSTS and asbestos management

This position may conclude with a permanent offer if it is agreeable for both parties.
