Trainee/Lettings Negotiator

With a strong reputation in the local market and a loyal client base, they are continuing to grow and are now looking for a motivated individual who is eager to build a long-term career in property.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

• £25,000 OTE for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator
• £35,000 OTE for an experienced Lettings Negotiator
• Excellent career progression opportunities

• 5-day working week

Lettings Negotiator requirements:

• Ideally some experience working within a fast-paced lettings environment (not essential for trainee level)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload
• Able to work effectively within a team environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

As a Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:

• Booking market appraisals for the lettings team
• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Canvassing and prospecting for new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
