Operating successfully in the local area for over 40 years, this highly respected agency has built an outstanding reputation through delivering exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio within a supportive and professional team.

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, legislative compliance, and exceptional service delivery to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of circa 100 residential properties.
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with approved contractors.
• Conducting regular property inspections and reporting findings.
• Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and safety regulations.
• Managing deposit returns and negotiating end-of-tenancy matters.
• Overseeing rent arrears and liaising with accounts where required.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administration is up to date.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Property Management (essential).
• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy portfolio efficiently and independently.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
