Base Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

OTE: £45,000 - £50,000

We are looking for a confident, motivated Property Valuer to join a fantastic, market-leading independent in Leicester! The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive attitude towards building strong client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth while developing your sales expertise within a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Carrying out professional market appraisals and property valuations
• Building strong relationships with sellers
• Converting valuations into high-quality instructions
• Managing your diary effectively to maximise productivity
• Working closely with the Office Manager to follow up on opportunities
• Creating compelling property listings and descriptions
• Producing 3D tours and promotional videos
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities
• Representing the brand professionally at all times

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in residential valuations/listings (essential)
• Strong local knowledge of Leicestershire
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A high standard of presentation and attention to detail
• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
