An exciting opportunity has arisen with our clients, a highly respected independent Estate Agency, for a dynamic and detail driven Property Inventory Clerk covering South East London.

The Role: Property Inventory Clerk

Our client is seeking someone with previous experience in Residential Lettings or Property Management, particularly with inspections and check-outs. As a Property Inventory Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.

As a Property Inventory Clerk, you will:

• Visit managed properties to complete detailed and accurate inventory reports before tenants move in

• Carry out mid-term inspections, ensuring properties are well cared for throughout tenancies

• Conduct thorough check-out inspections and provide clear, comprehensive reports

• Manage general office administration related to property records

• Organise your own diary, scheduling all appointments efficiently and independently

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience within Lettings, Property Management, or as a Property Inventory Clerk

• Someone who is confident on the road - must drive and have their own car

• A proactive, organised, and personable approach

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Salary & Benefits

£27,000 - £32,000 basic salary

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Saturday rota: 8.45am - 3.00pm (with a day off in lieu)
