Maximise opportunities to increase market share within the local area. Team Leadership Support the Lettings Manager with the day-to-day operation of the office. Lead, motivate and coach the team in the Manager's absence. Ensure individual and office performance targets are achieved. Share best practice and help develop junior team members.
