A well-established and fast-growing estate agency, currently seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Negotiator / Valuer to join their expanding team in Gateshead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting accurate and confident property valuations
• Negotiating sales and progressing deals to completion
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both vendors and buyers
• Working to and exceeding performance targets
• Adapting quickly to change in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Proven experience as an estate agent, ideally in a Senior Negotiator or Valuer role
• A strong track record in winning instructions and closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
