Salary - £32,000

Hours - Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

UK Driving Licence and own car required

Our client, a prestigious and independently owned agency located in Morden, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team. With over 36 years of success, they are renowned for their expert knowledge, professionalism, and outstanding customer service

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing reports to ensure they are ready and accurate to send to the landlord and tenant
• Arranging quotes for maintenance and cleaning, whether that is tenant or landlord responsibility
• Ensure you are acting promptly when check out reports are received
• Raising formal disputes with when required, ensuring you comply with deadlines set out
• Negotiating with both tenant and landlord to come to a mutual agreement, before proceeding with disputes
• Updating utility providers when tenants move out/in
• Ensuring the void period is paid by the landlord and the dates are correct
• Attending the property every 2 weeks to perform checks
• Ensure that the utilities and meter readings are covered and provided to suppliers

About You:

• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for property and people.
• Full UK driving licence.
