As a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer, you will be offered:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer, your duties will include:

• Conducting rental valuations and winning new landlord instructions
• Generating and converting new lettings listings
• Managing and maintaining a pipeline of available rental properties
• Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
• Agreeing lets and ensuring a smooth process through to move-in
• Proactively generating new landlord business
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants
• Meeting and exceeding agreed lettings and listing targets
• Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining accurate records
• Contributing to a high-performance, team-focused office culture

To be considered for the Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer role, you must have:

• Proven lettings listing experience within an estate agency (essential)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Experience bringing multiple rental properties to market each month (or working towards this level)
• Target-driven with a strong desire to exceed expectations
• Resilient and able to handle objections and challenges professionally
• Full accountability for personal performance and results
• Professional, punctual and reliable
• Proactive with a solutions-focused mindset
• Passionate about the lettings industry and committed to continuous improvement
• A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Full UK driving licence
