Lettings Negotiator

Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator ready to step into a role with a strong brand, excellent stock, and high earning potential? We are seeking a proven lettings professional with at least 2 years' experience who knows how to win instructions, close deals, and deliver exceptional client service.

Based in Hampstead, you'll be working in one of London's most desirable and resilient rental markets, handling quality properties and serious applicants, with the autonomy and support to perform at your best.

This is a role for someone who already understands the pace, pressure, and rewards of lettings and wants to elevate their results and reputation.

Your responsibilities as the Lettings Negotiator will include the following:

• Registering and qualifying prospective tenants.
• Conducting property viewings and delivering a first-class client experience.
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords.
• Generating new business opportunities and instructions.
• Managing deals from enquiry through to agreed let.
• Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Working closely with property management and administration teams.

As the Lettings Negotiator, you will be rewarded with the following:

• Excellent base salary, dependent on experience, from £25,000
• Plus excellent commission
• £40,000+ OTE

Required Skills:

• Previous lettings experience.
• Confident communicator with excellent people skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive mindset.
• Well-presented and professional.
• Strong local knowledge or willingness to quickly learn the area.
• Highly organised with good follow-through.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
