About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to join our team in North London. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair works across residential properties, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and general repairs
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative or similar role
• Strong skills across multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling)
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
