About the Role
We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Responsive Repairs Operative to join our team in North London. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day responsive maintenance and repair works across residential properties, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

• Attend and complete responsive repair jobs within residential properties
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs across a range of trades
• Complete works such as basic carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and general maintenance
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied properties
• Accurately record work completed and materials used

Requirements

• Previous experience in responsive repairs, property maintenance, or a similar role
• Multi-trade skills across areas such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, or tiling
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
