Full-time Salary 60,000
We're working with a small but ambitious housing provider in South London that's growing fast and making a real impact. Following a recent merger and a long-term partnership to manage additional homes, they've almost doubled in size and continue to expand their portfolio and services while staying rooted in community values.
As Surveyor, you'll play a vital role in shaping and delivering high-quality property services. You'll work across key areas including asset management, planned and cyclical works, major repairs, disrepair cases, damp and mould, voids, and stock condition surveys. It's a hands-on and varied role where no two days are the same, and your input will directly improve the homes and experiences of residents.

What you'll bring:
- Experience in property surveying, asset management or building maintenance
- Strong knowledge of damp, mould and disrepair management
- Ability to manage planned works, procure contractors, and carry out inspections
- A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- £60,000 salary
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + 2 extra days at Christmas
