CSCS Skilled Groundworker

Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting for an experienced Skilled Groundworker to join a busy construction project in Cambridge. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual with strong experience in all aspects of groundworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a range of groundworks including drainage, footings, and foundations
• Installing kerbs, edging, and paving
• Concreting and finishing works
• Working alongside plant operators and site teams
• Reading and working from site drawings when required
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work area and following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Skilled Groundworker on construction sites
• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Experience with drainage, ducting, and general groundworks
• Ability to work from drawings and follow site instructions
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Full PPE required
