Marshall excavators, dumpers, delivery vehicles and other mobile plant. Guide vehicles and plant into designated working and unloading areas. Maintain safe exclusion zones around moving plant and machinery. Ensure pedestrian and vehicle routes are kept clear and safely managed. Communicate clearly with plant operators, drivers and site management. Assist with the safe coordination of deliveries and vehicle movements. Carry out visual checks of designated access and working areas. Follow RAMS, site rules and rail safety procedures at all times. Report hazards, unsafe practices or potential conflicts immediately to the Site Supervisor. Assist with general site duties where required. Manage site operatives and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements. Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions where required. Ensure RAMS are understood and followed by all site personnel.
