We are recruiting a Damp & Mould Operative for an ongoing temporary contract across Sheffield, supporting social housing properties by ensuring homes are clean, safe, and free of damp and mould.

Key Responsibilities of the Damp and Mould Operative:

• Carry out damp and mould treatments to a high standard
• Clean and wash down affected areas within domestic properties
• Remove mould, residue, waste, and debris
• Complete clearance and deep-cleaning tasks in void and occupied homes
• Follow health & safety guidelines and risk assessments
• Provide excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes

The successful Damp and Mould Operative will have:

• Basic DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience in damp/mould cleaning, property maintenance, or social housing is desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently with good time management
• Reliable, professional, and hardworking
