Mechanical Project Manager Tier 1 M&E Contractor
Norfolk / Cambridge / Suffolk (Multi-site role)
£70,000 £100,000 DOE + package
We are currently working with a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor who have secured a number of major projects across East Anglia, with individual project values exceeding £30m. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.
This is a multi-site role likely to be split between projects in Norfolk, Cambridge and Suffolk.
The RoleAs Mechanical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover. You will oversee programme, commercial performance, quality and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging large mechanical packages on major construction projects
Coordinating with main contractors, consultants and client teams
Overseeing site managers, engineers and subcontractors
Managing programme, delivery milestones and installation progress
Ensuring health & safety compliance and quality standards are maintained
Supporting procurement and commercial management of packages
Driving projects through commissioning and handover
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E / Building Services
Experience working with Tier 1 or major M&E contractors (highly desirable)
Track record delivering large-scale projects / major mechanical packages
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and complex programmes
Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework and building services installations
£70,000 £100,000 salary depending on experience
