Senior Project Manager North Leeds £80k - £90k + Package

I m currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale education project in North Leeds on behalf of a highly respected, tier one contractor

This is a key leadership role, overseeing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programme, quality, commercial and safety objectives are achieved

The Role:

• Lead the delivery of a large-scale new build education scheme
• Take full responsibility for programme, budget and quality performance
• Manage internal teams and key subcontractors
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Drive health & safety and operational excellence on site
• Report to senior leadership and contribute to strategic project decisions

About You:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale (£40m+) new build projects
• Education sector experience desirable
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Commercially aware with excellent programme management skills
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget
