60,000 - 75,000 + Pension + Progression + Package + Bonus Scheme + CPD

With a steady pipeline of varied and characterful projects and a flexible working environment, they are now seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to continue their journey.

In this role you will manage a varied workload spanning Level 2 and 3 surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, and refurbishment projects from brief through to completion, taking ownership of your work as a key member of a small, collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will be RICS or Associate RICS qualified with solid hands-on experience. They will be confident working independently, ambitious, and looking to build a long-term career with a business that genuinely supports progression.

The Role:

  • Level 2 and 3 Building Surveys across a varied project mix
  • Dilapidations, schedules of condition, and refurbishment projects
  • Managing projects from initial brief through to completion
  • Working across office, home, and sites within the local area
  • A clear path to Senior and Director-level progression

The Person:

  • RICS qualified or Associate RICS (essential)
  • Strong experience in Level 2/3 surveys and broader building surveying practice
  • Confident working independently and managing a varied workload
  • Knowledge of planning and building regulations
  • Ambitious, collaborative, and looking to grow long-term with a business
