This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a long-established, well-regarded practice specialising in dilapidations, refurbishments, and listed and historic buildings, with a genuine path to Senior and Director level for the right person.

This well-established consultancy has been delivering high-quality building surveying and design services, with a strong regional reputation and a close-knit, non-corporate culture. With a steady pipeline of varied and characterful projects and a flexible working environment, they are now seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to continue their journey.

In this role you will manage a varied workload spanning Level 2 and 3 surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, and refurbishment projects from brief through to completion, taking ownership of your work as a key member of a small, collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will be RICS or Associate RICS qualified with solid hands-on experience. They will be confident working independently, ambitious, and looking to build a long-term career with a business that genuinely supports progression.

The Role:

• Level 2 and 3 Building Surveys across a varied project mix
• Dilapidations, schedules of condition, and refurbishment projects
• Managing projects from initial brief through to completion
• Working across office, home, and sites within the local area
• A clear path to Senior and Director-level progression

The Person:

• RICS qualified or Associate RICS (essential)
• Strong experience in Level 2/3 surveys and broader building surveying practice
• Confident working independently and managing a varied workload
• Knowledge of planning and building regulations
• Ambitious, collaborative, and looking to grow long-term with a business
