This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a long-established, well-regarded practice specialising in dilapidations, refurbishments, and listed and historic buildings, with a genuine path to Senior and Director level for the right person.

With a steady pipeline of varied and characterful projects and a flexible working environment, they are now seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to continue their journey.
In this role you will manage a varied workload spanning Level 2 and 3 surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, and refurbishment projects from brief through to completion, taking ownership of your work as a key member of a small, collaborative team.
The ideal candidate will be RICS or Associate RICS qualified with solid hands-on experience. They will be confident working independently, ambitious, and looking to build a long-term career with a business that genuinely supports progression.
