A leading UK organisation is expanding its property team and is looking for a Client-Side Estates Manager.

Responsible for managing a varied mixed-use estate, this role offers the chance to lead key property processes, stakeholder engagement, and strategic improvements across a dynamic and high-profile site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the organisation s property estate, including tenant spaces, common areas, and income-generating assets.
• Implement and improve property management processes and systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, and third-party service providers.
• Oversee budgets, service charges, and property-related financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and manage inspection regimes.
• Maintain and improve property databases, reporting, and forecasting.
