Multi-Trader / Snagging Foreman High-End Residential - East London

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Multi-Trader / Snagging Foreman to join our team on a high-end residential development in East London. This is a long-term contract for the right candidate who takes pride in delivering exceptional quality and has strong experience in finishing and snagging works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and carry out snagging and finishing works on luxury residential apartments.
• Work across multiple trades as required, ensuring all works meet the highest standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with site management and contractors to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify issues early and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
• Mentor and guide junior tradespeople where necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or Snagging Foreman on high-end residential projects.
• Hands-on, proactive, and quality-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
• Excellent knowledge of building finishes, carpentry, decorating, and general snagging skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with site management.
• CSCS card and relevant safety qualifications desirable.
