Job Title: Traffic Marshall
Location: Westcliff
Job Summary:
A Traffic Marshall is responsible for controlling and directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic on construction sites to ensure safety and smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and control site traffic, including delivery vehicles and construction equipment.
Guide drivers when reversing or manoeuvring vehicles on site.
Ensure pedestrians and workers move safely around the site.
Communicate clearly with drivers, site managers, and workers.
Follow and enforce site health and safety procedures.
Monitor entry and exit points for vehicles and deliveries.
Report any hazards, incidents, or unsafe behaviour.
Skills and Qualifications:
Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman certification.
CSCS card ( preferred)
Good communication and signalling skills.
Strong awareness of health and safety regulations.
