Job Title: Multi Trader (1x Carpentry biased 1x Plumbing biased) - Perm
Location: South London
Pay: Up to 39,000 p/a + overtime available
Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Plumber/Multi Trader to work with their client in and around South London. Van and fuel card provided.
Duties will include:
- Plumbing
- Carpenter
- Patch Plastering
- Tiling repairs
- Painting and decorating
Requirements:
- Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing/Carpentry (or equivalent)
- Highly experienced in Plumbing and Carpentry
- Social housing experience
- Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets
- Full UK Driving Licence
