The Role: Carry out reactive and planned maintenance in social housing properties. Complete general carpentry repairs and maintenance. Repair and replace doors, frames, skirting, architraves and ironmongery. Carry out kitchen and bathroom repairs and minor refurbishments. Complete first and second-fix carpentry works.
