A well-established construction consultancy in South London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the continued growth of its commercial project management team. This Senior Project Manager role offers the opportunity to lead high-value schemes for landlord clients across London. The successful Senior Project Manager will manage complex refurbishment and asset repositioning projects.
This Senior Project Manager opportunity is particularly suited to a consultancy Senior Project Manager with experience advising landlords, asset managers or developers. The Senior Project Manager will lead projects while mentoring junior team members and strengthening client relationships. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The 'Senior Project Manager's' role
The Senior Project Manager will lead projects across commercial offices and landlord-led developments.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering landlord commercial office refurbishments
Managing asset repositioning schemes
Advising landlord clients, asset managers and developers
Overseeing project delivery from feasibility to completion
Managing project teams and mentoring junior staff
Supporting business development initiatives
Experience across industrial, logistics, retail or restaurant sectors for landlord clients will be viewed favourably.

Requirements:
Degree in construction or property related discipline
MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership
Landlord commercial office experience preferred
Consultancy background delivering multiple projects
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role
