Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-profile projects from feasibility through to final account
- Oversee teams delivering full pre- and post-contract services
- Maintain and grow client relationships, acting as a key contact
- Support business development and contribute to strategic growth
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level surveyors, including APC candidates
- Drive best practices across cost planning, contract administration, and procurement
Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
- MRICS qualified with 8+ years' experience in a consultancy environment
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects in London
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and team management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract
- A strategic mindset with ambition for further progression
