We are looking to recruit an experienced Groundworker to join our team delivering works within the Social Housing sector as part of a planned works programme. The role will involve working on residential properties across Warrington, Northwich, Knutsford, Nantwich and Crewe, carrying out a variety of external groundwork improvements.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled groundworker who takes pride in their work and is looking for a stable, permanent role within the social housing sector.
The successful candidate will carry out a range of domestic groundwork tasks including:
Flagging and paving works
Installation and repair of fencing
Gate installations
Small drainage works
General domestic groundworks on social housing properties
Work will be carried out across multiple sites, maintaining high standards of workmanship, customer service, and health & safety.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
Previous experience working within the Social Housing sector
Proven experience as a Groundworker
NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
Own tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
