Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to support electrical installation works on a major highways tunnelling project. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical installations, supporting site electrical infrastructure, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical installations within tunnelling and highways infrastructure environments.
Install containment systems including tray, ladder rack, conduit, and trunking.
Install and terminate power and control cabling.
Install lighting, small power, distribution boards, and associated electrical equipment.
Support installation and commissioning of tunnel electrical systems where required.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Maintain high standards of health and safety in line with site and company procedures.
Work safely in confined or restricted tunnel environments when required.
Report progress, issues, and material requirements to the Electrical Supervisor
