This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor who understands the delivery of electrical projects and is looking to take ownership of the commercial and contractual performance of major project packages. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction or structural steel industry. Strong, demonstrable experience with primary structural steelwork installation and erection. Fully competent in managing structural steel installation on active construction sites. Previous experience managing steel erection teams and subcontractors. Strong understanding of construction site health & safety requirements. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under programme pressures. Willingness to travel and work on projects UK wide. Relevant site management qualifications/cards, such as SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent, are desirable/required depending on project requirements.
