35,000 + Full Training + Off the Tools + Monday to Friday + Hybrid Working Model + 28% Pension + 46 Days Holiday

In this role, you will work closely with apprentices completing their Electrical Installation qualifications. Initially, you will focus on developing learners' practical workshop skills, helping them gain confidence and competence in installation techniques. Over time, you will also support the delivery of theory-based learning, with full teacher training and ongoing support provided to help you succeed in the role.


The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Electrician with strong installation experience. You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) and ideally hold or be willing to work towards your 2391 qualification. Teaching experience is not required, just a passion for your trade and a desire to pass on your knowledge to the next generation.

The Role:

  • Full training and ongoing professional development provided

The Person:

  • Qualified Electrician with strong Electrical Installation experience
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • Ideally holds or is willing to work towards the 2391 qualification
