The Senior MEP Estimator role itself, where you will be responsible for producing accurate, competitive estimates for large-scale projects valued between £10M and £50M. You will engage with project teams to interpret drawings and specifications, ensure compliance with client requirements, and advise on cost-effective solutions. This position offers the chance to take ownership of key tenders and contribute strategically to the company s growth. You will work closely with a capable team, gaining insight into complex data centre projects and expanding your professional expertise in the MEP sector.

To succeed as a Senior MEP Estimator, you should have a solid background in estimating within the commercial MEP industry, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Experience with HVAC systems is essential. You will ideally hold relevant qualifications and demonstrate a proven track record in preparing estimates for projects of similar scale and complexity. Strong knowledge of industry standards, excellent numeracy skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications are key traits. A proactive approach, good communication skills, and a collaborative mindset will set you apart.
