You will like The Technical Trainer position itself, where you'll design, develop and deliver engaging technical and product training, predominantly for internal colleagues with occasional external customer training. This isn't a traditional Learning & Development role. Practical plumbing background and/or recognised plumbing qualification. Ability to understand products, installation methods and technical information. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Confidence explaining technical concepts simply to different audiences. Strong PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, organisation and planning skills. Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach. Previous experience as a Technical Trainer, Product Trainer, Training Specialist or Learning & Development Specialist would be advantageous, as would experience creating learning materials, e-learning or delivering classroom and virtual training. However, you don't necessarily need to be a career trainer.
