Project Manager

A leading global real estate and property consultancy based in West London is seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding commercial team. This Project Manager opportunity offers exposure to high-profile commercial developments, refurbishments and fit-outs across London. The successful Project Manager will work alongside experienced professionals delivering projects for major occupiers, investors and developers.

This construction Project Manager position is ideal for a Project Manager who is looking to develop their career within a highly respected consultancy environment. The Project Manager will support the delivery of complex commercial schemes while gaining strong client exposure and responsibility from an early stage. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager will oversee commercial office and mixed-use projects from inception through to completion. The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships and ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects

• Acting as the main client contact throughout project delivery

• Coordinating consultants and contractors

• Programme, cost and risk management

• Reporting on project progress to stakeholders

• Supporting business development where appropriate

The ideal Project Manager will come from a construction consultancy background and have experience delivering commercial sector projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or similar

• Progressing towards or holding MRICS, MAPM or equivalent

• Experience delivering commercial office projects

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills

• Excellent communication and organisational ability

• You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role
