£320 £340 per day
We are currently working with a well-established specialist façade contractor who is seeking an experienced Façade Site Manager to join their team on a key project in Ipswich.
This is a 6-month contract with a clear pathway to a permanent role for the right individual, offering long-term stability with a growing contractor.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day site management of façade installation works, ensuring delivery is on programme, to specification, and in line with health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Overseeing façade installation works on site

Managing subcontractors and direct labour

Driving programme and installation progress

Ensuring quality standards and compliance with specifications

Coordinating with the main contractor and project team

Managing health & safety, RAMS, and site documentation

Reporting progress to senior management
Candidate Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Façade Site Manager

Background working with curtain walling, cladding, or envelope systems
-
Strong subcontractor and programme management skills
-
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (or equivalent)

Able to start on a contract basis with a view to going permanent
