Salary: £38,000 - 42,000 per annum Company Van & Fuel Card

Plasterer Multi Trader Social Housing
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer Multi Trader to join a leading Social Housing contractor. This is a permanent role working on reactive maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied and void properties.

The Role:
Carrying out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch plastering and making good
Completing multi trade works such as basic carpentry, tiling, painting & decorating and minor repairs
Working within social housing properties including tenanted and void homes
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants homes
Updating jobs using a PDA system
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Plasterer Multi Trader
Experience working within Social Housing / Housing Association / Council properties
NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent (preferred)
Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
Good all-round multi trade skills
