Job Description
1st Step Solutions are currently looking for a Labourer to work on a public sector project in Birmingham, B15. This role is for 6 weeks. You will need to be comfortable with general Labouring duties, lifting and shifting, tidying up site, sweeping etc etc.
As a Labourer, you must hold a Green CSCS Card.
Due to site safety regulations on site, you must be able to provide evidence of your Site Safety Plus or Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment. If you do not have evidence, you must be willing to complete a Site Safety Plus course prior to starting on site, the cost of which will be reimbursed with your first week's pay.

Rate 16.95 p/h
Days Monday - Friday
Hours 7:00- 16:30 with an early finish on a Friday
Duration 5 - 6 weeks
Start Date 16/03/2026
PAYE umbrella payments only, NO CIS or LTD
