About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Document Controller / Site Administrator to join the team on a project based in Northampton. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and has strong document management and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all project documentation in line with company procedures.
Ensure documents are correctly logged, distributed, and archived using project management systems.
Maintain accurate document registers, transmittals, and revision control.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing documentation between the site team, consultants, and subcontractors.
Provide general administrative support to the site management team.
Assist with meeting coordination, minute taking, and action tracking.
Support site processes including inductions, records management, and filing systems.
Ensure document control systems remain organised and up to date.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Document Controller, Site Administrator, or similar role, ideally within construction or engineering projects.
Aconex experience is essential.
Procore experience is desirable but not essential.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
