Plumber / Multi-tradesman

I'm looking for a Plumber Multi Tradesman for a project in void Social Housing Properties in South Birmingham. This is an ongoing contract for the next 3 months, with a chance for perm work

The Plumber Multi Trader will be expected to:

• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Multi trade repairs and maintenace
• Touching up and finishing

Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Plumber Multi Trader that has:

• Experience in social housing properties
• Additional skills such as tiling, flooring etc

And in return, the plumber Multi Trade will receive:

• 23 per hour
• Ongoing work
• Van and a fuel card
• Chance for permanent work
