Plasterer

Location: Stafford or Lichfield
Contract: 3 Months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £23/£24 per hour (CIS)
Perks: Contract, can offer price work, mileage paid, plenty of overtime available

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our client s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of plastering upgrades across our contracts based in the Midlands.

• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.

• Complete full works required including bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing.

• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 or time served

• Previous experience in plastering across social housing or private

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
