We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and develop our roofing operations based in Taunton. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the branch, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while driving commercial performance and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the roofing branch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Manage and support site teams, supervisors, and office staff

• Drive business growth by developing client relationships and identifying new opportunities

• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures

• Monitor project performance, costs, and profitability

• Coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery

• Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management or senior supervisory role within roofing or construction

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Good commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets

• Excellent communication and client management skills

• Strong understanding of health & safety within construction
