Grounds Maintenance Operative

Pay Rate: 13.69 per hour Hours: Full-time Driving Licence: Required

You will carry out grounds maintenance across the Sidmouth area, ensuring public spaces, parks, and communal areas are kept to a high standard. This is a hands-on outdoor role requiring reliability and a strong work ethic.

• Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming

• Planting, weeding, and general horticultural tasks

• Litter picking and upkeep of green spaces

• Safe use of grounds machinery

• Supporting seasonal and project-based work

• Standard UK driving licence

• Experience in grounds or outdoor labour

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather

• Good communication and teamwork skills
