Job Title: Painter & Decorator - Social Housing (Temp to Perm)

Location: Warrington & St. Helens

Pay Rate: 19.50 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on social housing properties. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established team.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

• Friday: 8:00am - 3:30pm

What's Included:

• Company van and fuel card provided

• Long-term work with the potential to go permanent

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator in social housing or domestic properties

• NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (or equivalent) - proof required

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

• Must be comfortable using a PDA system to manage jobs

• Must be clean shaven to comply with face-fit requirements

• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
